A race day, in order

1. Riders enter
   • From their phone. Several classes at once.
   • Sidepots too. Race credit comes off the total.
   • Nothing is charged. They pay you at the gate.
2. The office takes the money
   • One list, sorted by rider, not by class.
   • A rider pays once for everything. Part cash, part check is fine.
   • The button stays off until the money adds up.
3. The draw runs
   • A horse that runs twice gets rest in between. Counted across the whole day.
   • Late entries go on the end. Nobody else changes number.
   • Prints black on white so you can carry it.
4. Times go in
   • The rider in the arena is already on screen.
   • Divisions update the second a time lands.
   • A knocked barrel costs what your rule book says it costs.
5. The class pays out
   • Divisions, places and ties worked out to the cent.
   • If a place pays less than the entry fee, you have to say yes first.
   • A sheet you print and take to the table.
